[Honestly, Koby should've learned to expect the emphatic embrace every time they see each other. It's practically Luffy's trademark at this point. But every time it surprises him, prompting a soft oof and making him wobble a bit.
But Luffy is as solid as ever, and he hugs as wholeheartedly as he does everything else, so of course Koby hugs back. There's also that little, insistent voice of worry, in the back of his mind, that whispers this could be the last time.
